Fire Coral

Saturday my buddy pick up a 8 or 9in Fire Coral for $28 at the LFS it didnt have a price on it so they agreed on $30 but charged him $28 for I would say that's a helluva deal considering Fire corals are kinda pricy. It also had a colony of Zoos on the bottom of it,So I will get nice piece of it in a mth we are gonna see how it does in is tank first before we Frag it . I'm happy with it well thought I share.

Post a pic if ya got one...I bought one recently from a small LFS here in town. It had been there for several weeks and was goin' downhill. I got it for $10...and its already drastically improved.

I have some fire coral as well. Just keep in mind that its called fire coral for a reason. It can leave some pretty good stings on ya. Mine wasn't doing well at the lfs, but after a month or two of it growing well and looking healthy it regained its stinging power to my surprise. Prior to this I had touched it at least 10 times without a sting.
