Are Fire Shrimp ok with a basic community tank?

Are the Fire shrimp hardy?...or are they hard to keep?

Theyare hardy with an established tank, mine gets along great with my cleaner shrimp, but they stay out of each others way..

My fire shrimp fight sometimes when I feed the tank but otherwise they get along fine with each other and my cleaner shrimp.
