firefish tail fin help

Hi - I'm just acclimating my new firefish. I noticed his tail fin is a bit torn - it looked like the purple firefish he was in with at the lfs were picking on him. He'll be with my two percs now. Will his tail fin repair itself? There are two little tears and it looks like one corner got nipped off. Any thoughts?

oh yes my fire fish got beat up by my perculal clown and after seperating them the fingrew back like new. might i add the hi fin was completely gone!

Great, thanks. Now I'm worried, though, since I have two percs in with him. I hope they don't pick on him too much. I have lots of caves and hiding places in my rock, so I know he can get away. I hope to get a frogspawn or something for my clowns, so maybe they'll be less likely to bug the others!

If your tank is healthy and your other fish don't pick, his tail will repair itself.
