I have my salt water and live aragonite ready, but my light still isnt here. Might be several days before it arrives. Should i wait to start the cycle, or can i do it w/out lighting?

no.. add the light as quickly as possible. Add the clean up crew after ALL parameters are in check.
my wording sux.
what i meant to say was, I WILL need the light to support the clean up crew...
I will most definately set the light up as soon as it gets to me, but it might take a few days as i will order it tomorrow.
might even be more than a week before it gets here...

What size tank? And how much live rock? It's O.K. to cycle without lights as a matter of fact it will help keep the algae down and then when you get your lights start out with them on for about 4 hours a day for about a week 6 hours the next week. I did this on the advise of a few pros and if everything goes right you will be cycled in about two weeks.

your clean up crew doesn't require any lighting.... You can cycle without a light without any problems, go for it.
