very nice man.

You snail will eat what is already in your tank mostly algae don't ever worrry about feeding them.

I am really pleased with my new lighting, even though it left me dead broke.

np man. don't worry if you want to get stuff for this tank go down and look at the stuff ppl are selling for like dirt cheap man. I'm about to get 3 differnt kinds of sun coral and other stuff all together plus shipping for 155 dollars

welcome to the hobby. your gonna feel this way alot now that you have a salt water fish tank. i know i did/still do feel the same way-Broke and i have had my tank for 3 years- but i have also bought a new tank recently so that doesnt help. good luck with it

yeah, it doesnt help that im also a musician, and just got a new drumkit + new cymbals (around $3500 on that a couple weeks ago)
I hope SPS and aclimate to METAL!!!

Live Rock always looks dead after it's cured for a few weeks. Underneath that lighting it should color up in a month or two. We seeded 100lbs of very dead, dried out, bright white live rock with about 15lbs of cured live rock. 6 months later and almost all of the rock has a very thick dark red coralline now, micro brittle stars hanging legs out everywhere, tiny critters running in and out.
