What did you order and what do you have in your tank now? I order a Yellow tang a month ago hwen it was on sale for $1.99 and a cleaner crew and everything is doing great.
Good luck.

The BTA's I roder are huge now. The rics I rodered I don't like very much There's one descent looking polyp but the others are like all connected and stretched out thin with like 6 mouths.

if you dont have the money for proper equipment, then why would you go and spend money on something that will most likely die because you didnt provide it with the right conditions? stop crying, research before you buy and there will be no questions asked.

It looks like PCs.
The BTA may not recover without stronger lighting or at least move it higher in the tank.

I didn't think this was rude or negative at all.

A HEALTHY BTA might make it under PCs, but a bleached or slightly bleached BTA will most likely not recover without more intense lighting.

You are going to need to feed those anemones about every 3 days or so until they get back to a tan color without the food they are doomed because they has lost all their photosynthetic abilities.

Well my RBTA anenome was looking good under 260w of PC on 55g for the last 8 months and growing with spot feedings twice a week. Since the nitrate rise its looking bleached, but still accepting mysis for the last 2 weeks, so if it doesn't recover I'll let you know.
I'll thought of moving him up, he's only half way in the tank now, but that were he lit and been there since I got him. Wouldn't he move up on his own if it was the amount of light? I figure its water quality, the store I bought him from has had them under PC's for the past 2yrs I've been going there. You just got them today it shouldn't be more than a couple of days and they should bounce back. Mine looked like your second pic before and came back after a couple days w/ an ammonia spike. Mine looks like your first pic now not good, IMO

quite the opposite
i purchased a bta from an lfs that had it under an m/h pendant, and it looked stable.
when i put it under my pc's, not only did it double in size, but also split.
it was doing really well until i tried to switch to mh's
it did both of the anem's in (rapid evap led to salt shock)
