Can someone give some feedback? I put in an order here on SWF.com
I got most of the things that were on sale,except 3 things..My order comes out to 176.00..When I add it up it comes out to a little over 70.00..
What meanth this? I ask if they would send me the phone number so I could call it in,but to no avail.................................
Not to mention it has taken me 2 days to go through it all again..I haven't sent my order in yet..My hubby would kill me,if they were to bill me for that much..Can someone give me the reason why!Thanks.

i ordered 20 pounds of LR from them and i had it on wednesday.. placed the order LATE friday.. so i have no complaints.. was packed really well too..

friday night, and i've had one e-mail from them since sunday. i hope they received the e-mail corrections they wanted. i didn't receive anything today saying they did. i know they don't ship on weekends, but do they anwser e-mails on weekends? that way maybe we can work on correcting it and be able to ship early next week in stead of ??????????? :confused:

well my frist order with swf was so nice. i reacive it tiday and i made the order wednesday and i receive it friday. i orde a pecula clown, 2 royal gramma, a blue hippo tang, and 2 cleaner shrimps. to be sencire i was afraid because i relaly didnt think they will get here alive, but to my surprice they were more happy when i put them in the tank that the ones that i purchase on the petshop. i think i will stick with SWF :jumping:

hmmm, what exactly did you order? if it didnt come out to at least $75 maybe they socked you with a shipping charge

Lovecoral,
Make sure you have the right quantities of each item. If you order one fish that is say $100 but have the number 2 in the quantity field, the order will be $200. Just make sure you are reading the checkout screen correctly.

my order came in this morning (wednesday) at 10 am. everything looked good except my white anome(sp) crab, both of his claws were in the bottom of the bag. now i read they eat by puting them into the water current and then eating the food off his claws. will these regrow, and will he starve befor then.also the jaw fish was moving slow but i hear thats normal.
