Wait for the ammonia to peak to 1.0ppm if it goes any higher do a water change so that the high levels wont kill anything beneficial in your tank.
This would be the case if you have live rock, but that all looks like base rock. Do you have any live rock in there?

well i seem to be cycle stuck at day 14. im thinking about getting some live rock to help cycle the nirate but is it safe with my nitrite at 5ppm?? i have also thought about BIO-Spira im not going to get into what it is as many people have not reccomended it and i see their side of it. also i do not want my tank to cycle that way. so i am asking for more advanced advice from the people who know this product. the reason i am considering this product is i see it as in aid . not to cycle my whole tank. the lfs has this in one of its articles ..... Marineland’s relatively new product Bio-Spira consistently appears to dramatically reduce the time and stress involved in the cycling process when used as directed. It is also useful in re-establishing or boosting bacteria populations in an aquarium that has been moved, medicated, over-cleaned, gravel-changed or stocked too rapidly. Otherwise. adding a handful of gravel, some decorations or even filter material from a healthy, well established tank may shave a few days off the cycling time, especially if done after the ammonia has already dropped.
i would be using this product in the same way as explained.
heres my chart
ammonia nitrite nitrate
day 1 0 0 0
day3 1 0 0
day 4 1 .25 0
day 6 1 1 0
day 8 .25 5 0
day 10 0 5 10
day 14 0 5 10
