Nice work, but for all the trouble you went to and everything, (and all the wall space) you should of put at least a 120 in there.
NoI'm not trying to be rude or anything, but it would have only cost a little more ya know.

Andretti, before we started the project we were going to use an already existing fresh water 30 gal (hubby never had a salt tank in his life, and my experience with salt was many yrs ago) and not even thinking of recessing it. We only got that idea when we moved into this house and started looking at country decor because of the already exsisting barn wood on some of the partially finished walls. Neither of us much liked that type of decorating, so we decided to do nautical and the "barn" wood became "boat" wood. Well fresh water doesn't go with sea captains etc, so we decided to do a salt tank. It snowballed from there, hubby didn't even want to recess a 30 gal,he has enough to do drywalling etc the rest of the room, but alittle female persuation works wonders, and I got him to do to it. Anyhow we weren't really sure if i would really get back into SW, so a 75 was a compromise. I know now i am back into the hobby full force, even got hubby more then alittle into it, and I can move up to a 90 and I believe maybe a 120 without even increasing the hole size, and we can always expand hole size if neccesary, or even build another tank somewhere else on that wall, it runs some 20 ft long!
