Well, I figured I'd post some pix here of my tank. I guess I'm just bragging?? :jumping: Anyhow, I started out with a 29g and then quickly upgraded to a 72. I should have gone to 120....
I guess I'm just itching for an upgrade. So here are a few of my favorite pix...

Incidentally, I'm aware that the Hippo Tang won't always be happy in my tank. But she's tiny now and once she grows too big I'll find her a bigger home!

Cool.. hows the marine betta in the reef tank? Does it go after your shrimp?

No, the Marine Betta has been awesome. She hasn't touched anyone (although the Coral Beauty once tried to pick a fight with her, but nothing came of that) and is always out in the open, including during day-time lighting. I was a bit nervous when getting her, especially since at first she did not eat frozen foods. But then she took to frozen foods (including Formula One) and has been a model citizen. :joy:

Thanks everyone! :jumping: I used to run MH/T5 combo for lights, but recently switched to a T5 fixture. The photos above are mixed between those, but mostly are from the MH days.
For aquascaping I find one can get more creative with more smaller rocks than a few huge ones. Those you can only arrange in so many formations. I have a few big pieces on the bottom and they get progressively smaller as they go up. (Although none are small.) One can create a whole lot of caves with smaller rocks. Just make sure it's all stable!
You can't really see it in the pic, but the right side is mostly made up of branchy fiji rock. I got a few large and gnarly pieces and stacked them up and it looks awesome and the fish love swimming through it!
Crox: I live in Queens, NY.

NEWB2salt: to post pix you have to upload them. The link for that is under the window where you type your message. There's a button that reads "manage attachments."
