First SWF order arrived!

Well there is my first order. I only have one question. My brittle star came in with all of his arms broken off. Is there anything special that I need to do to help him along....will he survive?
Other then that everything arrived safely.
Is this a good cleaning crew?

I would email them at the least. They fall off due to stress and to loose all of them doesn't sound good. Brittle stars are pretty hearty though (as far as Starfish go) Email them and ask them what you should do.

if hes still alive acclimate him very slowly to your water like 3-4 hours as to not shock him anymore, but it might be too late.

I have only had one problem with an order for SWF and it wasn't there problem. I ordered a package in February to my home in North Dakota after being reassured that the heat packs keep the fish alive. Too bad that FedEx dropped the ball and took three days to deliver something that was shipped overnight and labeled live fish. I am sad to say that everything arrived DOA. SWF sent me out the complete order again once I confirmed everything was dead. In that delivery everything was fine except one of the fire gobies died. I followed the 6 day guarantee and received an email with a code to use on my next order to get it replace.
I finally used that code last week and everything arrived great. Everything was really active and took to the tank after acclimation.

I would agree with you. Everything else is great condition. The brittle star just got a little scared and didn't make it. Stuff like this will happen.
I will of course order from them again.
