First timer

Well my son got me a late fathers day and early birthday gift a couple days ago. He works at a local pet store and got me a new 14 gallon biocube. He bought the tank, live rock, sand, and the water for the tank and the stand. Heck of a surprise. This is my first saltwater tank attempt. A friend told me about this site and said I would get alot of help here. I've already have the tank set up and running. Haven't gotten any fish yet. Can't wait though. I'll be posting pics soon.

Welcome! You came to the right place.
How much experience do you have with any kind of tank? Your profile doesn't say anything.

It's been years since I've had a tank. Of course it was freshwater. This is my first attempt at a saltwater tank. I've got alot of good help also at my sons work at the pet store he works at.
I set the aquarium up about 4 days ago. As of now it just has the sand and the live rock in it. I'm going to take a water sample to my sons work to make sure everything is ok before I start putting any type of fish etc. in it...
One question I have is what I can and cannot put in it with the lighting that came with the Biocube.. I'm not going to go crazy of course, but I want to do all I can with what I've got right now..
