First Zoanthids

I went to my LFS, just planning to buy filters for my biocube. While browsing the corals, I found a dirt cheap frag of radioactive dragon's eye zoanthids, which contained two open polyps and a number of closed polyps. I brought it home and was pleased to find, on the first day, that three polyps opened in my tank. My emerald crab kept shifting the position of the polyps, though, (they did not come on a frag plug, just a small piece of live rock rubble) and some closed and are not opening again. The two polyps that are open now are tiny, the larger with a diameter of a little less than a quarter of an inch, and the smaller a little larger than an eighth of an inch. I finally got them secure, and now they are open and eating. My lighting is the stock lighting with the biocube, and it is on for twelve hours a day. Is there anything more that I can be doing at this point? My water parameters are all great, where they should be, and I have no fish because I am planning to get all the corals I want settled before adding any more (my poor clownfish died). How fast will these polyps spread, and how much larger will they grow? Is this tiny size normal?

Tiny size is normal, in my exp. they will either thrive or meltdown. If they thrive they will spread fairly quickly as a few frags I have had spread from 12-15 polyps to around 25 in a months time.
