I want a cleaner crew to keep my tank clean. What fish can I NOT put in with cleaner crew like snails and shrimp and crabs?

I was thinking this list, but it doesn't sound like it will work.

Porcupine Puffer
Snowflake or Blue ribbon eel
Piccasso Trigger
And either a Powder Blue Tang or Damsel
with a full cleaner crew
