I was wondering if anyone could help tell me if it would be ok to put a humu humu or clown trigger in a 40 gallon tank with 2 false percs...Is the 40 gallon big enough and will the triggers go after the clowns, the chart I found said to use caution....Any opinions?

Your tank is too small for either one of those fish. I would say if you put either on in that tank your percs would be trigger food. Triggers need large tanks.

Anything small will work any of the cardinals or a firefish, royal gramma. What kind of substrate do you have? Do you have live rock in the tank? You can also add inverts

Any dwarf angels such as flame, lemonpeel, cherub pygmy would be nice in a 40 gallon and they probably won't go after your clownies. Any gobies would be a great addition to a small tank too. I would suggest highfin shrimp goby and the clown goby. Both are awesome fish and the shrimp goby may pair up with a pistol shrimp.:happyfish :happyfish
