fish dieing

i need some help my tank has been going for a few months now i have had the water tested so many times they say its great but i have put four sets of fish in and have killed all of them i have never had this prolbem before shoud i take every thing out of the tank and start over?

How long has it been up?
How big is it?
Filtration?
Salinity, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate?
How much live rock? Any other things in the tank (sand, gravel, etc.?)

six months and before i moved here it was up for a year no live rock yet just coral.i take the water in to the fish shop to have it tested they dont use the stick type either.it has live sand two filter systems

4 monthe 75 gallon two filtrations one canster and the dual one on the back of the tank

Ask the people who test your water to tell you what they are write them down then post them here so people can help you a bit better. Just my 2-cents
