An average water loss due to evaporation is about as good as you'll get here on the board. Just an average number from members that will be all over the place in terms of gallons per unit of time.
But that still won't tell you too much that I would consider very meaningful for your given tank conditions.
As you mentioned, eliminating leaks as a cause of water loss, every saltwater tank will lose FRESHWATER water due to a "combination" of several factors;
Lighting
Heat in the canopy / hood
Lighting duration
Fan placement / orientation in the canopy / hood
Ambient room humidity or lack of humidity
Ambient room air circulation
Tank size
Open top vs closed top tank
Tankwater circulation
Tankwater temperature
Ambient room temperature
Salinity of the tankwater
Sump or overflows used or not
Skimmers
The list goes on and on ?
I lose 1 to 1.5 gallons a day in my 75
6 gallons a month in a 125 ?
Why do you ask - if I may ask

About 1-2 gallons per day in my 130...
And just to add to your list of useless information..Fish don't actuall drink water.Although they may gulp some during feeding. They absorb any water they need through thier skin...
