How long can a fish go without eating?

depends on the health of the specimen. I would not push longer than 2 days though.

Ok then let me be alittle more specific.
Red Sea Regal Angel.
To my knowledge hasn't eaten for 11 days.
Has a mild case of Lymphocysts

Wow! I took your post as an "im about to go out of town and was wondering how long my fish will survive without care" type post.
I would try everything I could to get that fish to eat. Try soaking food in garlic, feed just nori, try a pre-made angel food with a high content of sponges and algae. Sorry I couldnt be of more help and good luck!

Well here is my feeding schedule.
Morning - 1 teaspoon of Arcti-Pods
Afternoon - 2"x2" sheet of Nori
Lights Out - 1/2 Cube Mini Mysis
1/2 Cube Spirulina
1/4 Cube Cyclops
1/4 Cube Coral Food
1 Pinch Prime Reef Flake
10 Drops GvH Vitamin and Garlic Supplement
1/4 Clove Fresh Garlic (Remove before it goes in)
1 Pump Bio-Plankton (Liquid Life)
1 Pump Marine Plankton (Liquid Life)
1/4 Teaspoon DT's Oyster Eggs (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
I make the food at 7:30pm let it soak for 1 hour then feed.
And after all this I still don't see it feeding.
