Fish Food recipe

I just bought raw octopus, raw cuttlefish, raw squid, cooked shrimp, cooked clams and mussels. I was wondering if these were all safe to feed my powder blue tank, yellow tang, 2 clown fish, 4 damsels, and a cleaner wrasse? Costed me 2 bucks CND... :help:
