fish for 29g reef

Just wondering what some good colorful fish would be for a 29g long reef tank(48x12x12).
I have one 29g tall tank set up for my original damsels and red shrooms / ricordia and now I have set up my second 29g long tank with 30lbs of cured rock and so far 1 green clown goby. I would love to add a few more 'friendly' fish that won't 1. outgrow the aquarium 2. stay hidden all day in the rocks and 3. Won't pester my corals or feather dusters and 4. Won't pick on the other fish (like my blue velvet damsel does
. I'm asking a lot aren't I?
Also, what's the limit on the number of gobies one can have in a tank? I'd love to add a yellow watchman.
Here's a fuzzy pic of my set up before the rock was added to the top aquarium. Sump/refugium is behind cabinet door.

Pygmy Anglefish, Royal Gramma, Clowns, Bangaii Cardinal (pair) or Gobies.
You may be able to fit about 3 of these types. My personal favorite is the Royal Gramma. Great fish and very colorful.
