Ive almost got my 75gal setup finally. Im planning to make it a reef and fish tank
So far I have:
-80lbs of liverock
-100lbs of ls
-2 blue damsels (they can go!)
-80 blue leg hermits
-20 snails
-2 cucumbers
-1 brittle star
-1 pistol shrimp
I would like:
-2 clowns
-trigger
-tang
-el
-blue starfish
-corals and all of that
My question is what can I have? I know all of that wont live together and it may be too much of a laod on my system also.

A trigger wont work with corals, unless you only get coral that will sting like crapet anenomes.

a crapet anenomes :) nice i want one of those j/k but he is right. also make sure you don't get somethin big like a clown trig. aand you SHOULD be fine.

everything is fine but the trigger and eel are aggressive... some eels stay small and can be reef safe. Ive kept a snowflake for months and he doesn't bother anything. Triggers might bother corals and inverts, definitely a clown or queen or niger. Everything else should live together fine. I wish I could have a trigger but it wouldnt work in my tank either.

oh yeah, also... triggers may even taste stinging corals. clown triggers are known for tearing up anemones and corals, even heaters! A clown trigger at the fish store I worked at bit into the skimmer intake and it caused huge problems.
