Fish hostility vs Tank size

Hey, I was wondering if the larger the tank, the less hostile fish tend to become. I currently have a 180 predator tank and everyone in there is extremely harmonious....couple yellow tangs, some triggers and some puffers.
So my question is...I am getting a 400g tank and should have it setup next month...can I have a more varied selection of fish. I want some angels, more triggers and a few more tangs. I know some fish are not compatible especially in smaller tanks, but once I get a tank this size, do I open up a new selection of fish I can house together? I have seen some fairly large tanks with multiple extremely aggressive triggers and angels all in the same tank. Thanks.

Larger tank does for sure open up a world of possibilities with "aggressive fish"...Multiple Angels, Tangs, Wrasses and certain Triggers. The bigger the better....Do you have a stock list in mind at all?

I found agressive fish don't like to be crowded, so the bigger the tank, the better.

Yeah; the bigger the tank, the smaller the "avoid at all costs" list.
