Fish ID Please!!

Does anyone know what this fish is? and any info would be great!
 
Sorry for the crappy pictures but thats the best I could do the LFS, the guy said it was some kind of flying fish.

Well it does have wings.

A little blurry but I believe it is a Dactyloptena orientalis, Flying Gurnard.

What is the shape of it's mouth? Does it have a "beak" or is that just the picture.

So I finally found out what fish this is I have been looking for, its a Pegasus volitans. I cant realy find any info on this cool looking guys, so my guestion now is, does anyone know anything about them? Any info will be awesome!!

i actually think it is called a dragon sea moth they have one here http://www.***********.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?c=720&pCatId=2224 it has some decent information

I'd say Henry nailed it...looks like Dactyloptena orientalis (AKA flying gurnard). These fish are difficult to feed, get fairly large (14" or so), and require a large tank with LOTS of open sandy area...so think about 180 gals in terms of footprint (more is even better).
