Fish ID please

The LFS had this listed as a Vanautu Indian Blenny, I acn find no info on this fish so I am guessing that it is called something else.

Does the picture make it look more red than it really is and how big is it? I have an unknown grey mottled blenny with a similar fin structure and body. Its very small, maybe and inch, inch and a half possibly.

He is that red. Its a black sailfin blennie, it was IDed on another site. Thank you all for the help

I have one also. It is a Black seafin blenny. Pretty cool when he wants to come out and visit.

I have one like that but he has blue coloring. I was told it was a black sailfin as well... Are they the same with just diffrent coloring?

So that is what one looks like happy, the only one I have seen was at my LFS right after they got it in so it wasnt very attractive to me. Thats really cool looking though. wish I knew what mine was heheh.

My blenny's blue only shows up when hes startled, stressed... other than that he looks solid black.
