Fish identification

Does anyone know the name of a fish with large pectoral fins that walks on legs that lives in the Gulf of Mexico of of central Florida?

Theres a fish Ive caught many times up in Maine called a Sea Robin. Colors like a mandarin almost, and it has this piece of bone sticking from its head, sharp as a nail. That the same one youre talking about?

Thanks Trey. It is a Sea Robin, I found a picture on the internet using Google. Is a Sea Robin hard to keep in a tank? I found one at the beach about 1/2 inch long.
