FISH IN HYPO MANDERIN ONLY One Left

I checked the salinity about every two days. 1.009
Before and after I added water. I have a refractometer I have been measuring the salinity by.
I have kept an eye on the ph along with the salinity.
I don't know what to do with the manderin. He seems to be o'k eating and everything.
He just seems to have some salt looking spots on him.
I can't add him to the reef tank in case it is still ick.
Any suggestions?

Can you get a pic up of the fish which shows the "salt" you are seeing?

I will try to get a picture of him.
It won't be easy since he generally stays in the back of the tank and it is hard to see the spots.
I will try tomorrow.
