Fish List - Any Opinions and Suggestions Please!

Okay, I've been doing some research and have a preliminary list of possible fish for our aquarium. It's a 90 gallon long and I've just added our first fish - 2 ocellaris clowns.
Here is my list:
2 Ocellaris clowns (already in tank)
1 Blue Hippo Tang
1 Bicolor Blenny
1 Firefish Goby
1 Royal Gramma
1 Pearlscale Butterfly
1 Coral Beauty Angelfish
1 Flame Hawkfish
I don't know if this is too many or how compatible they are with each other. Again, this is just a rough first list. The fish that I really want to have out of this list are the tang, angelfish, and butterfly. Let me know what you think. Thanks for looking!

I would skip the Hawkfish. It will probably pick on your firefish and royal gramma. Add the Royal Gramma after the Firefish.
Is this going to be a reef?
You're really pushing it by having a Hippo, a dwarf angel AND a Butterfly in a 90, especially with the hippo being one of the larger tangs. Tangs produce a large bio load.

I've read recently that the butterflies are hard to keep. I may not do that one if that's the case. Do you think it would be okay to add the tang if I get a small one and we are planning on a bigger tank in a year or two?
I'll scratch the Flame Hawkfish. I just thought it looked pretty and I thought it would be neat to watch it perch on the rocks.
It's a fish only tank right now, but I wanted to have reef compatible fish in case we decided to add some coral at some point.
Also, can I add a scooter blenny even though I'll have a bicolor blenny? I know that the tank isn't established enough for one now, but I'd like to add one eventually.

I have a hippo in my 90g. I got him as a tiny thing when I had my 55g and then transferred him to my 75g...now the 90g. He has been growing slower these last three years. He is my only big fish, the next fish with any size is my kole tang..the rest are small.
I have a lemonpeel angel, a lawnmower blenny, 2 perc clowns and an orchid dottyback.
The only butterfly I ever had was a copperband..he did alright but my anemone stung him to death...I no longer have the anemone but I never replaced the copperband.

Some hawks to look into are the longnose and the falco....both are docile imoe
wat bout a tailspot blenny? Those look really kool imo
Also out of the three larger fish ur talkin about id stick to one or maybe two of em... id go with a smaller hippo and the CB!
Im not a fan of the butterflies, idk why...never owned one and dont plan on it! maybe its the freaky look of em or maybe its just me lol

If you really plan on going bigger than go ahead. I don't recommend getting a Blue Hippo that is smaller than 2.5-3", as they have a much lower survival rate at the smaller size.
I'll scratch the Flame Hawkfish. I just thought it looked pretty and I thought it would be neat to watch it perch on the rocks. They're nice, but very aggressive and you probably won't be able to keep shrimp. The flame is the works offender, but all of the hawkfish are known shrimp eaters. Blennies will perch on rock work as well.

A scooter blenny is not really a blenny, it's in the dragonet family, like a mandarin. You can keep a scooter with regular blenny such as a bicolor. In your size tank, you probably could do two similar blennies, such as a bicolor and a tailspot, or lawnmower and probably be okay. With the scooter blenny, just decided between having him or a mandarin, having both will deplete their food source (pods) too quickly.

Thanks so much for the suggestions. I've decided to scratch both the butterfly and the flame hawkfish. I didn't realize that the flame hawkfish was that aggressive. Definitely don't want a bully in the tank.
Thanks Flower. I know that a lot of people don't approve of putting a hippo in a 90 gallon. But I'm sure that we will be upgrading to a larger setup. We've just started and are hooked!
One question. The store that I got my clowns from gave me pellet food for them and said that they are tank raised and that's all they've ever eaten. He said he wasn't sure if they would even eat mysis shrimp. Should I get some anyway and try it or just keep giving them the pellets?

Yes try the mysis, those pellets do nothing but pollute the tank, they are not a good food either. My clowns even wiggle on the side of the glass to get algae off to eat. They know what food is, and will figure out the mysis pronto...you might even try brine shrimp to get them stated...it's like fish candy and they love it (not a good permanent food but a good treat to get them to eat) Clowns are the hardiest fish I ever had.
