Fish list for a 16gal FO tank?

Hi all. I have a friend of mine who is setting up a 16gal bowfront SW tank. The tank will be fish only. I need some input so I can help pick out fish for the tank. What would you guys suggest? I know the obvious, no tangs or any large fish. She likes Clowns, firefish, royal grammas, and gobies/blennies.
I was thinking for the tank, 1 small clown, two firefish, a RG and one Clown Gobi.

All those are good choices. However, you are better off with only 3 fish in that tank size. 5 fishes in 16 gallons is a heavy bio-load.

yeah 5 fish is to much for such a small tank, another fish to look at is the cardinal fish, and a six line wrasse

I would go with a clown,goby,longspine cardinal. Thats way to much

sixlines need 30+...
i'd say 1 clown 1 royal gramma, and 1 yellow watchman goby., and thats still a heavy bioload..
