Fish List?Socking Order?

Hi,
We have a 75G FOWLR with a 10G sump with a protein skimmer (can't remember what type sorry). Currently we have about 90lbs of live rock, several scarlet and blue let hermits, several astrea snails, and one blood shrimp. This tank has been up and running since January. We will be adding one skunk cleaner shrimp as well (will add before the flamehawk in an attemp to keep it from being dinner).
Here is our fish list we would like:
Red lip blennie (already in the tank-added in May and doing very well)
Four line wrasse (also already in the tank-added in July and doing very well)
Yellow watchman shrimp goby
Flamehawk
Kole Tang
Coral Beauty of African Flameback
Here are a few questions?
Too many?
Will the goby get picked on?
Which dwarf angel would you recommend?

IMO your list is fine. I would add them in the order you've listed them at least two months apart.
The Hawk is probably going to eat any shrimp you put in there. I would choose either shrimp or the Hawk.

I would add the tang last for sure, anything you put in there after the tang has established has a good chance of being picked on by the tang. That is a good list of fish, a very colorful group, as for dwarf angels i really like the flame angel. they are however not ideal for reefs as they sometimes pick on certain corals, definately a hit or miss with any angel in a reef.
