fish missing

hi everyone!
I was just wondering if any of you ever had fish missing from your order. I ordered 2 skunk clowns and other stuff and upon arrival there only was other stuff but no fish. maybe they ship the fish in a separate box or something. any help wouuld be appreciated.

I have ordered 2X and everything comes in 1 box. Did you call or email yet? They will make good, I am sure. Any update for us?

everything is good. they just ran out of this fish, so they me a refund and a guaranytee code for the next order. these guys are great. thank for all your replies.
