Posted this in reef--but probably should have posted it here--
Am about to add clean up crew to 75 gal tank. After 2 weeks should I start to add coral or fish? If coral, how many at a time? In 75 gal tank how many species should I go for?

Are the nitrites 0 also? If so you can add inverts ...... wait a week or so, and if they're okay and the parameters are still good you can add fish. Hold off on corals for at least another month. :D

If your cycle is complete, you can certainly start to add inhabitants.

I asked a similar question when starting my conversion to a reef tank. Apparently cost is the only real factor here as corals have very little bioload.

Thats all up to you. I'd suggest looking through postings in the photography forum. There are some beautiful tank shots there that might give you some ideas.
