Anyone know the "real" approximate time it takes for orders to get out from here, I am not sure if they are on a holiday schedule but it seems like I have had an order waiting for quite some time now.

Im not sure, if its live they will ship it over night the day they decide to ship it. When you fill an order out or in the order status button or something i know i saw somewhere where it will show a chart showing which day you place an order and what days they will ship it out.
Im not real sure but i think it was a couple days like 3-5 or something. you would have to find the chart.

Actually, is no tracking number it still says "pending". Cant say I am having a good experience with this order, kind of regretting not using my regular place now.

Would seem weird for them to be closed for a week but if this were true there should have been some indication of that somewhere on the site.

You should recieve your shipment just fine. They want to keep their reputation for shipping live critters LIVE. They will get it out when the shipper can guarantee the overnight delivery...Or maybe something you ordered wasn't ready. I placed an order on Wednesday 1 week before before Thanksgiving and it didn't ship until the next Tuesday. My order was fine. I have placed 3 orders and no DOA for me.

Did you get any updates or you just checked your order everyday and it kept saying "pending". It wouldnt be as bad except their is no communication and I expected delivery last week.

They won't ship if a holiday or weekend is in the way. They have to be delivered the next day, and Fed-Ex can't do this unless the fish ship on mon thru thurs. I've had nothing but great experience with these folks; and they deal with live fish, so they may decide to hold an "iffy" fish or just be very busy with holiday schedules. I would also guess Fed-Ex was packed with last second holiday packages and may have been reluctant to promise the live fish delivery. I wouldn't want my emperor angel competing with Aunt Minnie's fruit cake for last second delivery.

I have had great success with this site live goods usually ship in a few days. The one exception happend this Oct. I jumped on a 7-8 queen angel and it said pending for a week. Try sending an email thru the contact button. I did this and they replied by saying the fish was not in good enough condition to ship. Maybe it wasn't eating, had ick, some sort of bacterial infection or who knows what. They do a GREAT job of shipping quality stuff. Good Luck

yeah its still pending, maybe they are waiting, it would just be nice for them to say something and yes I did email them(twice now).

Yeah, that's the one down side. They're very tough to communicate with, but that's part of keeping costs down.
