fish problem help plz

I have yellow tang thta just recently about 4 days ago caught black spot so i put him in a qt and now he is much better btu when looking at my tank earlier i noticed thta now my coral beauty ahs this wierd yellow/white spolch above his front left fin. and also liek alot a cold soar on his lip also i think he might just might be conmtractign the dredid white ick but when u llok at the spots they are almost shinny nto white ......... i need help finding out what the spolch is and what the lip thing is plz help

Ick can look shinny, like pearly. What are water readings? Have you put any meds in your main tank?
How are you treating the black ick?

my salinity is 1.023 and everythign is zero i am just letting the blakc ick pass ebcause it wasnt a bad case it is almost gone now but do u know whaty the whitish spolch is above his fin thta is what is worryign me not the ick
