How is the quality on these fish. I know they have to come a long distance anyway. So is there anything wrong with getting the direct to you? Specifically, saltwater.com? Thinking of buying fish, prices are considerably cheaper for certain fish (ex. 3 inch Sohal Tang $125 in store and $69.99 on saltwater.com. Do these fish require a quaratine time after recieving or are they ready for display tank. Thanks fo your input

All (local store bought too) fish should be quarantined upon receiving to really take care of them and your tank, properly. Most people are very happy with the quality of livestock, particularly from this site. On top of that their is a 6 day guarantee, during which time you're certainly have a good chance of knowing the health of the livestock. The only real negative is not being able to spend a day traveling to fish stores and individualy picking the fish you want.

I just got my second order from SWF.com today, and once again I am very pleased. The fish got here in about 14 hours (I live in MO), and the fish are nice and healthy. I got an juvi Empretor angel and it is huge! I did suffer my first loss though, it was a very tiny neon gobi that was DOA. I'm sure that they will make it good on my next order.
I highly recomend Saltwaterfish.com, they are cheaper than any fish store that I can find and with gas prices as high as they are you can't beat the free shipping!

Just from what I've read, the Empretor is reef safe a small juvi but not when it becomes and adult. My fish is in a fish only tank.
