Fish Sleeping, or Dieing please help!

Ok i have a Hawian blue spoted puffer and i looked in my tank and he was like attached sideways on some of my rock , his eyes where open and he was breathing, but is he dieing then? or is that how he sleeps anyone know?

thats how they sleep. im assuming it was during the night however. my valentini gets very pale and just hangs out on the side.

fish do not have eyelids so their eyes will be open when they "sleep" ... were the lights off when you noticed you fish in this state??? a fish will typically look like all the color is gone after a period of time with the lights off... a sick and pale ... dont stress your fish by stressing out on it... leave it be... dont turn the tanks lights on or test the water or tap the glass every time you think something is wrong...
fish need stability too... even in "captive nature" :thinking:

... he is definitly what you said and very funny... I like H.I.M. and CKY and his shows hence the reason I used his pic... not to mention he is lookig to see if "are you around"...LOL
