fish suicude =( .... Need suggestion

So last night i went to a concert. We saw 3days grace, avenged seven fold, and bullet for my valintine! Awsome show! Today im sweeping the down stairs and their lying on the floor is my last dartfish all dried up! Poor fellow...
I think its cuz i didnt feed em last night till i got home at midnight and i also changed up the lighting a bit by making all the par bulbs even and on a stand!
I need a suggestion of a fish for my 20L
No jumpers and small....colorful would be nice but not totally needed!
current inhabitants are:
emerald crab 1
fire shrimp 1
3 hermits
naked clown
bi-color blenny
red firefish
high fin goby/pistol shrimp
2-4 snials and other cuc
sand sifting star

i like the tank active and im a heavy stocker/feeder...

totally stinks...not my day today...
two fish gone in two days, house we bid on goes flat, moved storage to another storage....i did get a blue milli today and a nice long set of tong/grabber thingys~

Sorry about everything...it happens to al lot us at times though.....when I first started I paid $40 for a McCosker ...had it less then a week and found it crispy on the floor....
I have lost other things to jumping like more wrasses, anthias, firefish, clowns, even snails have climbed out

Ya now ive got a nice rose pink milli, blue milli, and a green one! The green one is starting to color up. It was brown when i got it...i think its a milli digita cuz the polyps arent the same and branches a lil diff!
