Fish Tank Problem

In the process of cleaning of my tank, the top plastic bracket in the center of the tank snapped..OOOps. The seal on the tank if fine. I really dont want to worry about this but I dont want to come home to 38 gallons of water on my floor either. There's no cracks on the top frame of the tank and the glass seems fine. Do I have a bigger probelm than I realise??

are you talking about the brace? In a 38 I wouldn't think bowing would be a big problem but that brace could also be used too hold hoods and light fixtures. Do you have a pic?

No pic..the brace that runs from the back of the tank to the front

HEY SUNNY.....
CALL THE COMPANY THAT MADE THAT TANK AND ASK
THEM IF YOU COULD PURCHASE ANOTHER TANK FRAME...
I WOULD NOT USE THAT TANK AS THERE IS A REASON
FOR THE BRACE AND ITS PROBABLY FOR BOWING
PURPOSES...NO BIG DEAL GETTING A NEW ONE...
