Fish that will fit in a 55

I am going to set up my 55 gallon tank this weekend and let it start cycling..in the mean time I want to know what kind of fish im going to put in there and everything about them...well i dont want to make a mistake again and a fish too big in a tank too small...
So what fish are appropriate for a 55 gallon? I want some cool lookin fish here..not just damsels..

Theres a lot of fish that can fit into a 55.... what kind of tank are you going to be keeping?? Reef, aggressive, FOWLR??

Well I guess a FOWLR but I would like to have a lion fish...

Thats fine.. i have a FOWLR and alion in my tank....
Definitly go with a dwarf lion.. either a fuzy or a zebra. On that note, make sure that all teh fish you get will not get eaten by the lion, so they need to be bigger than his mouth.
Clowns are always good and hardy as well
Pigmy Angel are fun to watch as well

You dont necesarily have to go with a fowlr if you want a lion. Reef is possible too just rember that lions gobble up any and all shrimp ad deoending on your lion small fish too(Not all eat small fish...some have been fed frozen or dry their whole lives and wont go after smaller fish but be careful...) I would either go with one of the dwarfs or fu manchu or atennata and pretty much any other except a volitans because they get huge. In my 55 i have a lunare wrasse(Going to have to get rid of him cause hes too big and active) a fuzzy dwarf lion a gsm and a tiny green chromis that has so far escaped deathby lion but im not sure how much longer he can im hoping i got one of the good lions that doesnt liek live foods but we'll see. Once i get rid of the wrasse im planing on either a dwarf angel or a yellow or kole tang(Yes some people will disagree with me on this) as they are the two of the smallest tangs that are commonly offered.

I kinda want hardy fish...I hear angels are kinda hard to keep alive..are lions hard to keep alive? Also what about eels?
