Groupers should all be the same or very similar in size and all should be introduced to the tank at the same time. My miniatus, panther, blue-lined, and blue-spotted all ignore each other in my 200, as I did this. Triggers are inherently evil, so it may pick on it's tankmates...or eat airline tubes, or heater tubes, or scrape it's teeth on the glass, or do any number of evil things. They are very unpredictable, but it seems to vary a lot depending on the particular fish. I would not risk it, but others may say differently. The groupers, lion, puffer, and eel should all be fine together, the trigger is the only one I'm worried about. It may also try to eat the fins of the lionfish, as they are enticing to some aggressive fish. A large tang would also be a good choice, such as a blue hippo. They are very colorful and are less aggressive than most other tangs. Atlantic blue tangs are also typically well-behaved in large tanks. Orangeshoulder tangs are also doscile, as well as convict tangs. Chevron tangs, Naso tangs, and sailfin tangs are also all good choices.
