Flagfin angel

So it looks as if my flagfin angel is about to pass away. I'm very upset about it. I have had her for about a month now and all of a sudden shes not doing well. All of my other fish are great. My question is, should I take her out of the tank now to avoid a amonia spike or should I just wait till shes gone? Shes trying to swim with all her might, but she just ends up at the bottom again. This is my first passing with this tank. Its a 210 FO tank. 150 onds lr.
salt - 1020
Amonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate.5
ph 8.4
Is there any way I can save her? Shes not gone yet.

Other symptoms? Tank mates? Any aggression? Is the fish eating, and what have you been feeding it? Adult fish or juvenile? Do you have a quarantine tank to use?

no quarantine. never had one. I feed them spectrum, veggies, krill, mysis, and silverbacks. I rotate. But the angels and tangs eat the veggies and spectrum. There is no aggression. I'd say shes a juvie. no other symptoms really. Although now that you said that I just checked her out and shes got like a fat lip on one side. Never had that before. I just don't get it, she was fine this morning.

Can you post a picture of the fish? A sudden change like this could be aggression from another fish. Is there any live rock in the tank? What are the other fish in the tank? IMO, the diet is lacking for an angel. There should be other foods in the menu.
It's pretty hard to say what the problem is or how to treat w/o a picture. Can you describe the "fat lip"? Swollen, discolored, whole mouth or one lip?

Flagfins have a low survivability rate. They are difficult to get eating. They eat sponges in the wild and do not adapt readily to prepared foods. It is quite possible that this fish is just wasting away.
