Flame angel and Lemonpeel angel getting along ok.

Put these two together in my ninety gallon two days ago. For the first day they kind of fought with the larger lemonpeel doing some chasing. Today they are fine together. I had always been told not to mix pygme angelfish, but I am glad that my two are getting along as I had always wanted both of these fish. Maybe it is just working because of the size of the tank. My LFS owner had told me that other pygmes tend to fight more than this combination as the flame and the lemonpeel are so different. I am so glad that it worked out. Anyone else keep any other pygme angel fish in the same tank?

I wouldn't say it has worked out yet. You just put them in there. However, with your larger tank and plenty of rockwork, they might come to the conclusion that they both can live there.
Watch closely and wait and see.
Personally, I love these 2 fish and would love to have one or the other in my reef tank. However, I'm concerned about them picking on my corals. Might actually breakdown some day and get one of these fish.

I heard that lemonpeels are the most aggressive dwarf angel. Glad they are ok, i would watch them carefully
