Flame Angel & Naso Tang died within 1 week

Hello everyone!
I need some advice! What would cause my Naso Tang to die within a matter of days.
My flame angel got bloatted and wouldn't eat for a week before dying. Then within a week my naso wouldn't eat for 3 days and ended up dying! Has anyone had similar problems with either and do you know what could cause the naso's death?
All of our tests came out perfect. We have a 75 gallon tank. The flame angel was one of the first fish we got, along with a flasher wrasse and a mandarin goby/dragonette, both of these are still alive. We also have a black and white percula clown and a cleaner wrasse. Within a matter of a month we went from 7 fish (the fox face lo had to go back to the fish store, he kept trying to kill the naso) to now 4. I'm really nervous about getting any more fish until I can figure out why I had two fish deaths in one week.
Any advice is helpful!

We did and I took a sample to the fish store where we get all of our fish.
Everything was tested: salt level, nitrate, ammonia, etc... they were all right on.

They tested for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, kH, and specific gravity?
Have you done anything to the tank recently?

We need to know what "right on" is. Sometimes stores think something is okay when it actually isn't. I saw a thread on here a few weeks ago where an lfs told told someone it was okay to have ammonia in your SW tank.

Yes, we both (us & the fish store) tested everything and it was right on.
It was about a week ago, so here are the results:
Salt level- 1.023
Water temp- 78
ph- 8 (due to coral vital)
nit- 0
nitrat-0
ammonia- 0

See, my only problem with that is:
A pH of 8.0 is toward the low side. That indicates you may have a kH issue. You did not list that as one of the things tested for.
Also, a nitrate of 0, while not impossible, is a little strange, being you had 7 fish in the tank, three of which we know are not "smaller" fish.

You have to remember this was a week ago, so I don't remember everything, exactly.
My husband did all the tests here at home and said it was all on, not telling me every item result, but he did test the kh and it was okay, when I say okay, I mean going by the testing strips outlines.
Also when I went to the fish store they tested every thing too, and they all came up fine.
I know the more information I can give will help figure out what could be the issue, but I'm not sure on the exact results of some of the tests. Sorry:(
Other than the kh issue, do you think it could be anything else??
I actually read here on the board about "the bloat" (what is bloat caused from?) on the flame angel and it is actually common on dwarf angels, true or not?? We had the flame for about 1 year and 4 months.
I guess my next question would be what is the average life of captive saltwater fish, I'm sure it differs on the type, the care, and so on... but just curious if anybody knows.

Test strips are not very acurate at all. Pick up a master liquid test kit. If your reading are off they can cause a fish to stress very badly causing their immune system to weaken and they will succumb to all kinds of diseases that would not otherwise effect them.

What I meant was the color scale chart in the liquid test set, my bad.
We have a Tetratest Laborett Water Test Set, which includes a test kit for ph, kh, gh, no2, nh3/nh4+.
