Flame Angel

Picked up a flame angel today,is there anything special I should know about this remarkable lil fish?
He is now in my 54 corner with 2 percs 4 emerald crabs a peppermint shrimp and a cpl hermits.
Fluval 404
Aquaclear 402 Powerhead
30 lbs approx live rock
2 50/50 bulbs overhead

this is probably a question you should have asked before your purchase ;)
sometimes flames will nip at some soft corals and clam mantles, so if you are planning on having a reef it is something to be aware of. many people have had flames in their reef with no problem though. i have a coral beauty in mine that doesn't bother anything.
try giving the flame some seaweed selects or nori as part of its feeding.
great choice on the flame angel! it is one beautiful fish!!

I did do some prior to purchase research but wanted to know anything "special" in keeping them.

i bought a flame yesterday and pay for it in full, went to pick it up today and someone sold my fish <img src="graemlins//yell.gif" border="0" alt="[yell]" /> but the lfs owner said he will hand pick me one on tuesday. big sale and alot of young employees.

Flame Angels are beautifull Fish.. As far as special needs, I would just provide him with a varried diet. I also add Zoe and Zoe Con to my fishes food for vitamins. As a treat I add garlic Extreme.
