I have just added a small Flame Angel to my tank that contains two Clowns a blood shrimp and a small Blue Tang. They all seem to get along great, however the Flame Angel has not eaten since entering the tank two days ago?

50 gallon, new tank, Lots of live rock. He was doing great and started on a down hill slide yesterday, died this morning. Checked water and it seems fine.

It could be experiencing some territorial behavior from the blue tang. This doesn't necessarily mean picking on him physically but they can try to assert their dominance by intimidating the new fish. Your tank is marginally large enough for a flame angel but way to small for a blue tang (minimum 6' tank). Plus, like Jay said, some fish will not do well in immature tanks, Flame angels fall into that group.
