Flames pick. Some pick a lot and some don't at all. Please post your current water readings.

You missed the point on that. They PICK, they do not wipe out half of your corals. What are your water readings?

Flames really need mature LR for grazing if they're going to thrive. Even new ones spend a lot of time just picking t rock, substrate, etc. Just to get a new on eating; mysiss, Frozen Formula I or II (a good all around angel food) or Mega Marine Angel should get them started. Fresh garlic can be added too. Then they need a good mix of green stuff, vitamins and meaty foods.
