flame hawk with shrimp?

i have a 30 gallon tank and have 2 cleaner shrimp medium size i know that hawk fish a predidtors and have heard they WILL eat the shrimp but really want a hawk any suggestions would be appretiated.

I don't think you can keep any Hawkfish with a shrimp.

I have a flame hawkfish that lives with a cleaner,a fire,a couple peppermints,and a sexy shrimp.No problems here...I have had him over a year.

same here mine lives with 2 coral b shrimps and so far no prob. ( 4 months)

i have also kept a flame, and a arch-eye hawkfish and never had any problems them them eating my shrimp, but keeping them with fish that was a problem

my pixie hasn't bothered 5 peppermints, 1 cleaner, or 2 camelbacks

same here...Mines been in with my cleaner, CBS and 3 pepermints since Oct...no problems...

My buddy had a Flame Hawk that instantly (within 5 minutes) killed three shrimp (2 blood red shrimp and 1 cleaner shrimp). But I like to think that each animal has it's own personality and needs. As you can read from above it can work in many cases. The choice is yours. It could be an expensive meal?? Or maybe not??

I had a flame hawk that lived with 6 cleaners for about 6 months. Once he killed the first one they were all dead within a month. I advise not to have the two together.
