flame hawk

is the flame hawk reefsafe, i was going to get a flame angel until lfs guy told me they will pick at alot of different corals including zooanthida(sp?) which i have and like.

I have had my flame hawk int my reef for going on 3 months now. he is awesome. I have all sorts of small polyp corals including zooanthids. I have never sen him pick at anything except the food I put in the tank. They may pick on small shrimps and things like that but I have never heard of them eating corals.

I haven't added a flame hawk because I've been told by many they like to eat shrimp and I have 2 cleaners and a fire shrimp.

ive had one for about 2 years now, and he is a great fish, but tends to harass any other fish i put in the tank, and he did chow a medium fire shrimp that i tried to add one time. That was an expensive meal. great personalities though!

My son has his own tank; his flamehawk ate both of his cleaner shrimp. I also heard they are jumpers so be sure your tank is covered.
