Flame or coral beauty angel???

I currently have a 150G tank with a foxface, blue tang, and a dwarf lion. I want to get either a flame angel or a coral beauty angel. I love the flame but have heard they can be very aggressive. My wife likes the coral beauty. Would either of these be compatable with what I currently have in the tank?

Either of them are compatible with the fish you listed. If you have coral in your tank, I would recommend the Coral Beauty, mine hasn't even touched any of my coral.

well i go with the dwarf flame. I used to own one until i sold it for a bicolor angelfish. But the dwarf flame are very nice BUT dont mix too well with agressive eaters because he seems to compete for food alot. (such as my clown i had to feed him seperatly)

Some is personal preference. I prefer the coral beauty...but both are compatible with what you have.

Ok then either one will work. But I would go witht the Coral Beauty, way more colorful than the Flame. But that is just my preference.

I agree also that either will be fine with that mix. In larger tanks, with lots of LR, they both spend a lot of time cruiseing in and thru the rocks for food and shelter. Often going hours befor being seen. But FME, you will see the Flame more often that a CB. They tend to venture out into the open more than the CB.

I think you could actually do both quite comfortably. As long as they are introduced together, I think your tank is large enough for them to get along, I have seen these fish together a few times and there are many people on this site with multiple angels....Just some "food for thought".

I completely overlooked the tank size. I actually agree on this.

I wasn't sure if I could do both as I didn't want to overstock my tank. My tang, lion and foxface are small now(Tang & Lion-3 inches Foxface-5 inches), but won't be for long.

How big do the potters angel get? Would it possibly work in my tank? If not I'm going with the flame but the potters angel is very interesting.

Potters seldom live long enough to reach adult size. (hopefully the people about to flame me will be restricted to those who've personally had one live for over a year )
If your tank has enough hiding spots it should be big enough to have a flame and
a coral beauty.

Thanks for the advice and the help. I bought a flame a couple of days ago from the LFS. It's about 1.5 inches and in my QT tank for now. He ate just fine this morning. My daughters just love the colors.
