Is there a hands down treatment for removing flatworms? I got a few pieces of coral from the lfs and I saw a few flat worms on it. the employee shook the piece a little before he took it out and it seemed to remove the flat worms that we could see. this was about 6 months ago. Its been obvious for a little while now that he didnt get them off. I now seem to have millions of these little red

all over the place. They seem to hang out on some green algae growing in the tank but they dont seem to be hurting anything. its just an eye sore at the moment.
How do I get rid of all of them without hurting anything else in the tank?? I have read that a blue strip nudi will eat them but I have not been able to find any around here.
what can flatworms do to a tank?
thanks!

Salifert Flatworm Exit... just follow the directions exactly. The problem is they release toxins when they die. In an aquarium they can reproduce in plague proportions.

With the existing population described, I don't see how a predator would ever be able to get them under control.
I would siphon as many out as you can during water changes in preparation of using the flatworm exit.
