Flatworm Exit Doseing..

Dang bugs are back, I've been adding a few things to my reef, and just the other day I noticed the beginnings of a flat worm infestation...
Any hoo, I've used Salifert FW Exit before and had great success ridding the tank of worms and no dieoff of inhabitants, so I plan on doing it again..
Thing is I have a full bottle here but no box....and can't remember the doseing schedual...
I think it was like a cap and a half in my size tank, but I'd like to confirm...
Anyone have a box/instructions handy..??
Or have a better memory than I seem to have lately..? :notsure:

1 drop per gallon of water. if there is no die off in and hour do another 50% dose.

Isn't there something on the box about 1 "cap full" for is it 50 or 60 gallons...?
(120 drops is alot to count...)

1 capeful = 90 gallons

I remember doseing 1.5X and they came back. Then I did 1.25X dose few days later, and they are all gone now after a year.
